Sasakama Okonomiyaki
[ Ingredients for 4 servings ]
- Sasakama 8 pcs
- Cake Flour 150 g
- Water 150 cc
- Egg 1 piece
- Cabbage 2 sheets
- Shiitake Mushroom 2 pcs
- Green Onion 1/4
- Yamato Potato 30 g
- Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Pepper a little
- Oil 1 tsp
[ How to cook ]
1. Finely chop the cabbage. Slice shiitake mushrooms, coarsely chopped green onions, and grate yamato potatoes.
2. Combine the cake flour and water, and add the ingredients of 1 and the beaten egg, light soy sauce, and pepper.
3. Add oil to a heated frying pan, pour 2 into it, line up Sasakama on top, cover and bake.
4. Turn it over and bake it in a good color. Serve with soy sauce or sauce as you like.
