Hanpen Pancake
[ Ingredients for 4 servings ]
- Hanpen(L Size) 1 piece
- Pancake mix 150 g
- Milk 200 ml
- Butter 20 g
- Maple syrup to taste
- Vegetable oil as needed
[ How to cook ]
1. Crush the hanpen by hand from the top of the bag.
2. Put 1 and milk in a mixer or food processor and stir for about 30 seconds.
3. Put 2 and pancake mix in a bowl and mix.
4. Put the vegetable oil in a frying pan, turn on low heat, scoop 3 in 1/4 amount and put it in the frying pan.
5. Cover and bake slowly, turn over when it gets a beautiful brown color, cover and steam for about 5 minutes.
6. Serve on a plate and add butter and maple syrup if you like.
