Tamanegi Ten with simmered eggs

[ Ingredients for 2 servings ]

  • Tamanegi Ten 2 pcs
  • Egg 2 pcs
  • Small Onion 1 stalks
  • Seasoning Soy Sauce 20 ml
  • Water 80 ml

[ How to cook ]

1. Boil Seasoning Soy Sauce and water in a pan, add Tamanegi Ten and let it boil for a while.
2. Add beaten egg to 1 and cover and simmer on medium heat for about 1 minute, then cook the egg.
3. Serve in 3 bowls and sprinkle with small onions.
※Adjust the amount of Seasoning Soy Sauce to your liking.
